We're hiring for Appian Developer for Multiple Locations in India.

Job Description:

• Responsible for component development. Translate the functional requirement to the Appian business flows with the help of Process Models, Rules, CDTs, Web service Integration.
• Involved in getting the requirements, designing and mapping the same to the Business processes
• Demonstrates the ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
• Work with business analysts to understand desired system requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
• Perform Development Activities Developing and Executing various Applications.
• Design and develop new code and or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
• Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration, and performance.
• Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities.
• Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly.

Technical Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with a Process model, SAIL, Expression Rules, Integration.
• Experience in designing and developing integrations with 3rd party system.
• Possesses good knowledge of best practices suggested by Appian in designing the solutions.
• Experience in DB management.
• Excellent understanding of Appian Group Types, Process Designing, Security, and CDT Expert on designating the reports and develop those using Appian Understand the rules management and CDT use in Appian.
• Good knowledge of Agile Scrum and knowledge of tools like JIRA Should have skills to guide a small team on technical solutions
• Additional Skills - Appian Level 1 and or 2 certified preferred
• Soft Skills Very good in Communication
