Job Summary
Mutual fund back office handling, KYC processing and follow ups, Data processing, Servicing client request,MIS generation, supporting sales teams, Periodic Software updation Creation of investor account, SIP mandate registration and follow up with Exchange & Services Providers & RTA for activation. Validating the documents uploaded by the clients and communicating with the respective staff if there is any discrepancy. Supporting the Sales team on the back-office tasks Servicing the client requests, Maintaining various Customer and sales information in excel sheets, preparing and delivering the pre-defined MIS as required by the Senior Manager Participate in the IT & other software trainings related to the tools/software you handle
