The leader of the Presalesorganization, responsible for working closely with Executive Team & Sales
Leadership on opportunityprioritization, resourcing & assignments, and the development and execution
of strategies, proposals,estimates and responses to secure selection and win new & repeat business.
The role has primaryresponsibility for the quality & timeliness of client deliverables,optimizing of
existing processes to supportexecution and applying well-honed management skills to recruit, develop,
manage and promote team members.
Role Description
Manage inbound Presales resourcerequests & allocations, tracking of activities, progress and internalcoordination to execute to client required timelines
Support and optimize existingprocesses for requirements gathering, solution development and estimation tobuild-in quality for sales proposals and responses
Deliver corporate overview andclient presentations, highlighting solution expertise, best practices, casestudies, and proposed solutions and plans to execute
Primary support for RFI / RFPresponses, including clarifying requirements, assigning and coordinatinginternal resources & expertise, and managing submission timeline
Creating proposed roadamps forfeature & service innovation, helping prospects understand emergingtechnologies and the transformational impact on their business
Maintain and expand clientrelationships through delivery of high quality work
Able to recruit and developPresales organization, with past experience coaching, developing and mentoringstaff to support skills development and promotion
Build strong workingrelationships across the Sales & Executive team, and drive continuous improvementin existing & new processes to improve Presales KPIs
Qualification : Any Bachelor degree or equivalent
