Description
Understand and analyze complex business needs and will be able to provide suggestions. Analyze business operations and processes to understand strengths and weaknesses and support the identification of opportunities for process improvement, management control of work, or automation. Create requirements definition documentation and functional specifications to capture business needs and workflow diagrams to document current and future business environment. Analyze and call out any blockers in the process. Reviews test plans and scripts for completeness and accuracy. - Provide implementation support, preparing the business for the system solution and act as a subject matter expert and learning activities with Corporate Learning and Development and Business Partners. Mentor to more junior Business Analysts and delegate tasks as appropriate.Qualification : Experienced in IT Security
