Job Summary
  • Overall responsibility for Revenue and Accounts Receivables including activities such as
  • o Booking of monthly/quarterly revenue to customers based on customer contracts/order
  • o Review of IT infrastructure allocated to customers and reconciling it with orders from customers
  • o Identification of any gaps in revenue booking and thorough review to check if there are any revenue leakages
  • o Timely raising and submission of invoices to customers
  • o Monthly closure of revenue within target timelines
  • o Weekly review of receivables with all stakeholders
  • o Recording of collections/deductions (TDS) from customers and correct allocation against invoices
  • o Periodic reconciliations with customers for invoices and payments
  • o Releasing periodic MIS to all stakeholders on receivables and collections
  • o Releasing periodic MIS to all stakeholders on Revenue forecast and projections based on orders
  • o Timely reconciliation of TDS related to revenue with 26 AS and follow up for differences if any.
  • o Close coordination with sales/ops/technology teams for customer onboarding from revenue perspective
  • Responsible for Recording and accounting for banking transactions related to FDI, loans and other liaisoning with banks. This includes activities such as
  • o Liaison with banks for all incoming remittances, investments in Mutual funds, loans etc
  • o Ensuring that all RBI compliances relating to FDI are upto date and complete
  • o Attending to queries from banks and RBI on any related matters
  • o Assisting FC and Company Secretary for all secretarial compliances related to FDI

Qualification :
  • Candidate should have a minimum 8-10 yrs. of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance managing revenue and banking profiles
  • Hands on experience in using spreadsheets (MS excel) and developing MIS
  • Team player with demonstrated examples of showcasing leadership qualities
  • Good communication skills written & spoken
