Business Analyst Job in Pi Industries

This position will be responsible for supporting the CEO in planning and driving strategic initiatives and monitoring operational performance of the CSM business

• Translate organisation wide strategic priorities into comprehensive strategic and execution plans

• Identify key issues and opportunities over medium and long term horizon
• Provide regular industry and competitor analysis,briefs and updates to CEO

• Liaise/co-ordinate with businesses and functions to help monitor the implementation of operational and strategic objectives of various projects directly managed by the CEOs office.
• Provide briefings and reports on the progress of implementation of initiatives and flag issues and areas of concern.
• Help CEO prepare for key meetings with customers, regulators and the media
• Preparing and circulating templates and formats for preparation of reports for CEO.
• Evaluating strategic business proposals and putting them up for CEOs review and consideration.

• Prepare confidential documents/presentations for CEO; draft important letters and mails for his review and approval.
• Process the outcomes of CEOs meetings and travels and translate them into actionable points
• Follow through on CEOs behalf with all stakeholders on actions
• Receiving, reviewing, summarising and briefing the CEO on the preparatory material sent by function and business heads for management review meetings.

MBA from Tier 1 institute and B.E./B.Tech (Chemical Engg)

4-10 yrs. of experience assisting executives in a fast-paced environment

Manufacturing Industry / Agro chemical industry (preferred)

• Good drafting and presentation preparation skills
• Excellent Data Analysis & Interpretation Skills
• Outstanding comfort with various technology platforms
• Tact and discretion, ability to maintain confidentiality
