Job Summary

Role : Area Sales Manager
Location: Delhi
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for developing annual budgets for the area in line with the regional objectives.
Responsible for demand generation of all products for the area by conducting technical discussions, demonstration and receive desired approvals.
Identify Key Accounts in the area and develop strategies to tap the business. Develop Key account customers for the region and keep a track of sales and outstanding of key accounts. Responsible for maintaining MIS of key customers
Responsible for managing Channel partners for sales, queries and technical support. Should maintain enough inventory for servicing end customers. Track and control the receivables and balance of confirmations in line with credit policy.
Conduct monthly business reviews with the dealers and quarterly discussion with key accounts.
Conduct technical seminars with key accounts/OEM which could showcase entire product offerings.
Co-ordinate with RSMs, NSMs for regular development activities for his area of work and share relevant insights with them.
Participate in giving regular inputs to RSMs on product level forecasting and new business development (competitor information)
Giving feedback to Product Manager / Technical Service Manager on New products launched.

Experience / Skills
BE Chemical/Mechanical/ Automobile from reputed institute. With 6 to 7 yrs. experience in Electronic & Transportation Industry.
Having 2-3 yrs sales experience of adhesive would be an added advantage. Having knowledge of Sealants(Silicone, PU, ) would be preferable.
Strong Communication & Negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.
Exposure to marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Should be able to apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
