Job Summary

Role Area Sales Manager IP IBS
Location: Chandigarh
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for end to end ownership which includes sales, capturing of market insights and Major Initiative execution in the assigned geography.
1.Sales Objectives: Achievement of Sales for assigned geography/assigned set of customers. Drive conversion of sales opportunities in line with annual and quarterly sales plan. Monitor and ensure achievement of sales plan by dealers and their sales to key secondary customers

2.Dealer Management: Achievement of Dealer wise sales objectives vs plan and the achievement of secondary sales. Resolve sales queries & extend technical support to Dealers. Regularly review the dealer wise sales/ secondary sales data provided by the dealers on monthly basis and bust obstacles or escalate as required. Relationship building with the dealers

3.Key Account Management: Capture leads in the CRM basis inputs received in the market. Convert leads into opportunities. Identify Key Accounts in the area, influencer network in key accounts and develop strategy to tap the business.

4.Influencer Management: Work with influencers and facilitate conversion of opportunities.

5.Working Capital Management: Track and ensure sufficient inventory for servicing end customers and dealers to service secondary customers. Control the receivables (from dealers and customers) and balance confirmations in line with credit policy.. Proactively monitor financially stressed customers and dealers and take corrective action.

6.New Products: Give timely feedback to Product Specialists/ Technical Service Manager on New products launched. Record status of opportunities for new products and share feedback with Technical Services team/Product Specialists.

7.Support role: Give regular inputs to RSMs on product level forecasting

Experience / Skills:
BE Chemical/Mechanical/ Automobile from reputed institute. With 6 to 7 yrs. experience in Electronic & Transportation Industry.
Having 2-3 yrs sales experience of adhesive would be an added advantage. Having knowledge of Sealants(Silicone, PU, ) would be preferable.
Strong Communication & Negotiation skills and with an approach of leading.
Exposure to marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Should be able to apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Skills Required :

Qualification :
Degree in Chemical Eng. from reputed University
Experience Required :

Minimum 30 Years
