Assistant Manager - Business Analysis & Field Support Job in Pidilite Industries Ltd

MBA / CA or Engineering graduate with 1 to 8 years of experience.
Candidate should have and aptitude and exposure to Data handling and analysis
(s)he should be thorough with Regression analysis and forecasting techniques
Adaptability to power BI is essential
Excellence in written and verbal communication is important

Role : Assistant Manager Business Analysis and support
Location : Kondivita
Key responsibilities
1. Development and analysis of primary and secondary sales
2. Development & delivery of key MIS with direction and pointers which requires action / attention for HO and Field Managers
3. Prepare various business dashboard for the division
4. Support field team in resolving the issues which require resolution at HO
5. Manage various master sheets
6. Manage system and processes related to FFS, CR etc impacting the field team
7. Enable system and process improvement required for effective implementation
8. Support to HODs & Business Head for day to day functioning
Experience / Skills:
1. MBA / CA or Engineering graduate with 1 to 8 years of experience.
