Assistant Manager - Manufacturing Operations Job in Pidilite Industries Ltd

Role: Assistant Manager- Manufacturing Operations
Location: FACT Karad
Key Responsibilities:
1. Should ensure operations in the manufacturing process and packing is as per defined SOP, Recipe, and EHS standards of the company.
2. Should be leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for factory related losses, quality complaints, and incidents.
3. Ensure compliance to all quality requirements.
4. Ensure compliance to all Legal Metrology requirements.
5. Should have effective manpower management and able to maintain discipline & safety culture on the shop floor.
6. Generate cost savings from the manufacturing streams and drive the projects.
7. Able to develop people with respect to Safety, Quality, House Keeping, etc.
8. Ensure productivity as per the rated machine capacity and manpower deployment.
9. Ensure compliance to all documentations with respect to Safety, Quality, Production, etc.
10. Answerable for material variances beyond the set norms.
11. Responsible for daily unit PSI and take effective steps to improve PSI.
12. Will lead the JSA and 5S activities in the factory.
13. Shall be comfortable with working in SAP

Experience / Skills:
1. BE Mechanical/Production with 8 to 10 years experience
2. Should have knowledge of SAP system
3. Should have experience in Process Industries for production function with Manpower management
4. Should have experience of working in FMCG type company / well versed with safety/TPM culture
5. Should have a good understanding & compliance of TOC systems
