Job Summary Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager Industry: Industrial Automation, Electrical/Switchgear Location: Baroda Education: BE (IC/Electrical/Electronics) + MBA (Marketing) Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth across product lines and regions. Develop and implement sales strategies, including forecasting, key account management, and market research. Conduct customer training sessions across various regions as needed. Analyze marketing and sales reports along with customer feedback to improve performance and optimize strategies. Train and mentor junior sales staff, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. Provide business performance updates to management, including financial models and profitability reports. Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities to expand the business footprint. Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Collaborate closely with the product development team to align sales initiatives with new product launches. Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on company goals and strategies.
Qualification :
BE (IC/Electrical/Electronics) + MBA (Marketing)
Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
