Contribute a routineflow of quality ideas for synthesizing target compounds. This will be evidentby the level of productivity in the group.

Display expertise inspectroscopic identification and separation of organic compounds.

Discuss with Companymanagement any issues of concern, as well as possible solutions, especiallyregarding improvement of technical capability, morale, and productivity of theDepartments scientists.

Stimulate appropriatecooperative efforts on important scientific projects between groups.

Understand the safetyand environmental aspect.

Solve the problems andqueries related to the development of the product and discuss them with theHOD.

Familiarize with theproblems faced during Scale-up.

Understand thescalability of the chosen process, in coordination with TSD and Production.

Analyze the productstrategy, efficiency, working relations and cross functional issues in PDG.

Keep the HOD wellinformed about the experiments and their results well and delivering technicalpresentations.
