Description
Own, ideate, plan, manage and deliver assigned cross functional projects for the business leadership team
Deliver multiple high stakes projects through collaboration with a variety of stakeholders across geographies
Manage and improve governance, organizational processes, communication and reporting to senior business leadership, corporate stakeholders and investors.
Provide analytical/research support and structure complex problems
Synthesize data and broader stakeholder perspectives in a meaningful form for the business leadership to enable decision making

QUALIFICATION:
Graduate and MBA from IIM/XLRI/ISB
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years work experience in pharma strategy or consulting
