Application Loan origination, Loan Management and surround applications

Business Analyst is responsible for successful delivery of Application solutions that meet business stakeholder s expectations according to agreed-upon scope and timelines. This role includes requirements gathering, analysis, software design, testing, documentation and implementation support. Business Analyst is responsible for planning and managing all activities within the assigned Information Technology Group. This includes application development, maintenance and Enhancement etc.

This position requires technical skill and database expertise combined with excellent planning and execution skills. Individual must possess strong communication and coordination skills, as well as ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Area of Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspect of system analysis, design, development, maintenance, assess the business requirements & evaluate possible solutions

Responsible for code deployment in UAT / Production environment, sanity and SIT testing

To comply with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices in software development

Co-ordinate with various stakeholders like business team, development team, infra team etc., in closure of project

Strong bias towards quality and adherence to project timelines

Effective communication skills to bring onboard both technical and non-technical stakeholders for completion of projects

Will be responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the application in terms of availability, security and regulatory compliance

Will be responsible for all audit related activities pertaining to the application

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Complete understanding on the Loan processing and loan life cycle including post sanction activities specially on the Retail or Corporate / SME or Agri Loans

Understanding of monitoring tools

Should be aware of the present & future trends in the Digital way of Loan sourcing and loan management

Should be able to work in Agile mode and multiple sprints method

Strong communication skills

B-Tech / BE in any discipline with MBA preferred

Good to have experience:

Experience working with Pennant Lending Factory (PLF) product
