Team Member - Technical Services Job in Piramal Enterprises Ltd.

Providing technical service to internal customers and responsible for process development initiatives in R&D & scale up with PDS & bulk plant.

1.To establish cross-functional coordination with internal customers like R&D / Production / Engineering / EHS / QA &QC for devising batch plan, Facility identification CAPEX estimation and while executing the batches.

2. To scale up new products from lab to plant scale which involves activities like ensuring Process robustness, performing stress studies/what if studies, lab demo, process safety studies etc. during development at lab. And to ensure timely start up and safely & successful completion of trial & validation batches for PDS / Bulk plants & completion of related documentations.

3. To support in identifying process development initiatives in PDS / Bulk plants products like solvent recovery improvement minimize effluent, yield increase, capacity evaluation etc.

4. To complete and submit HAZOP study and Campaign reports on time.

5. To perform facility mapping for confirmed & high probable projects and ensure checking the feasibility of doable projects.

6. Supportive in technical discussion during customer call.

7. Supportive in investigation & CAPA.
