Job Summary Key Responsibilities Planning: Prepare monthly sales and manufacturing plans, conduct capacity and resource planning, and facilitate S&OP meetings. Scheduling: Create weekly and monthly production schedules. Material Management: Calculate material shortages, process purchase requisitions, prioritize RM/PM for QC, and ensure timely material release for production. Production Execution: Coordinate FG release and dispatches, and monitor effective resource utilization. SAP Management: Utilize SAP daily, maintain master data, and run MRP as needed. Data Reporting: Provide production and other data to relevant departments, update on manufacturing and resource utilization, and prepare monthly MIS. Inventory Management: Review inventory for control, identify slow-moving items, and make decisions on write-offs or salvage. Communication: Update marketing about production and follow up with purchasing for timely material availability. Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: BSc, B.Pharma, or MBA in Operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and optimize resource allocation. Planning & Coordination: Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to production planning and execution. Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with various departments and stakeholders.
