Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience implementing Adobe AEM.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in design, develop and support of web application development.
• Experience with Java technologies and frameworks mainly Spring, Hibernate.
• Experience with at least one Ajax/JavaScript framework (Jquery, ExtJS) and other web technologies like Search, XML, XSL etc.
• Experience in configuring and performance tuning enterprise application servers i.e., Weblogic server, Websphere Server, JBoss , etc.
• Desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Certification in AEM is a big plus.
