Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Lead to drive the development and implementation of innovative mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in mobile development, coupled with leadership and team management capabilities. Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. Team Management: Guide and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering collaboration and skill development. Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Review code to maintain high development standards. Ensure all deliverables meet quality benchmarks and user expectations. Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and frameworks. Make recommendations for adopting tools that enhance performance and user experience. Client Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable development plans. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in mobile applications. Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for technical designs, development processes, and best practices. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mobile app development frameworks and tools (e.g., Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, mobile architecture, and design patterns. Skills: Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
