Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Female Sales Executive to join our team at our office location. The ideal candidate should have a background in BPO/Call Center sales and be able to contribute to our sales and customer service efforts effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients via telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products/services.

• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads, identify potential clients, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our offerings, features, and benefits to address customer inquiries effectively.

• Meeting Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in BPO/Call Center sales or a related field is a must.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
