Recruiter / Sr Recruiter / Team Lead Recruitment (IT & Non IT Recruitment )

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Recruiter will be a key part of the dynamic and multinational Recruitment team, recruiting and managing Senior to Leadership Positions for Retail/Ecommerce/Logistics .
• Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based), interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments
• Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation
• Responsible for candidate communication throughout all assignments
• Candidate research, database mining and networking calls
• Meet and exceed revenue targets
• Follow up with the candidates till joining.
