Job Summary

Good knowledge of Computer Operations

Working knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint

Should be able to do basic System Troubleshooting

Good Knowledge of Software Installation

Coordination with AMC vendors for preventive and breakdown maintenance of Hardware.

Configuration of LAN/Internet Broadband/wi-fi/ Data Cards/ etc.

Active participation in testing of software/ERP Application & feedback to Higher Level

Training to employees on how to use Internal ERP Applications

Good verbal and written communication skills

Qualification:BCA / PGDCA/ Graduate with 1 Year Computer Course

Experience:2 to 3 years
