We Required Sales Candidates From Pharma Industry.

To take care of business development activities in the assigned territory
To work to meet sales targets
To research the market and identify potential customers
To meet with the stockiest/ distributors/ manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, ayurvedic, neutraceuticals,
medical equipment companies to generate business
To create pipeline of, atleast, 100 customers with expected business potential
To visit at least 4-5 customers on daily basis
To add minimum 2 customers every month
To add 2 lost customer every quarter through regular follow up and address complaints
To increase business of existing customers either through Primary or Secondary dispatches
To look for opportunity in Govt. projects or funded projects from World Bank
To gather new market and customer information by using social networking websites
To establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential
customer
To keep an eye on competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing & products
To update all the customer calls in online DSR on daily basis
To submit activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and sales MIS
To review Key Account performance in the respective regions and keep track of on-time delivery/ SLA
To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports
To resolve customer complaint within 48 hrs.
To work closely with other teams to develop new business
To implement PAN India contract in the respective regions
