Responsibilities:-

• Identify, develop & manage strategic tie up is with Fruits & Vegetables shops to grow online B2B business.
• Drive strategy and execution for Sales.
• Delivery of tonnage, revenue, and market share objectives
• New account acquisition and maintaining old accounts
• Ensuring growth at sub-category level
• Improving sales force effectiveness
• Improving the unit cost of sales

What we looking for:

• Interest in business development, sales,B2C sales
• Self-motivated, go-getter, high energy
• Should be comfortable with traveling in the city
• At least 1+ year of work experience in sales/business development (Field sales)
• Preferably milk/fmcg/fruits and vegetables
• Graduate must
• Support the management system by regular reporting on business
• Development activity and sales progression on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Understanding of competitive and partner landscape.
• Should quickly understand to acquire a partner eco-system and value
• Bike and license is mandatory
