Job Summary

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent verbal skills in English Language.
  • SERVER knowledge is must.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  • Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
  • Network troubleshooting and should be well versed with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
  • Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to enterprise / exchange server & cloud computing.

Position vacant:

  • 1 Technical Support should be 6 to 12 Month experience

Candidate should be ready to relocate to Dewas (M.P.)
