Job Summary Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Make 40+ outbound calls daily to follow up with the leads (inbound leads or marketing qualified leads or cold calls) or to engage our existing customers to build strong relationships
  • Research companies, understand needs/requirements, identify key players and generate interest with effective phone calls
  • Route the qualified opportunities in terms of booked appointments to the sales executives for further development and closure
  • Manage relationship with existing accounts, engage them on regular basis, actively seek opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and generate referrals
Skills/Requirements:
  • 3+ year(s) experience in Services and Support roles, such as Customer Success, Inside Sales and/or Consulting
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and ability to dial dozens of calls per day
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proven coordination skills
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
  • Expertise with MS Office products, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
  • BBA/MBA or equivalent
