Job Summary
Job Description
Monitoring & maintaining computer and POS & Server from and make sure all machine are up to date and free of virus and spyware.
Troubleshooting network and system problems and solving hardware and application Issues reported by user.
Use remote access to perform troubleshooting when needed.
Scheduled & Manual backup of server & user data.
Responsible for the purchase of hardware component from reliable sources and effective prices.
IT Asset management and regular checkup of desktop, laptop & server.
Coordinating with user and ERP vendor about problem and implementation of ERP system.
Overseeing all IT operations and evaluating them according to established goals.
Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the leadership team.
Consult senior stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology.
Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software.
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report the same.
Develop policies for internal IT operations to drive attainment of SLAs.
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Control budget and report on expenditure.
IT system Audit, VAPT and action taken report.
Cyber Security Monitoring and fixing the vulnerabilities.
IPR Management.
