Job Summary
Job Description
Responsible for research and design and development of EVA and Back sheet of solar panel.
Process Sustenance, Improvement and Process Engineering.
Performing root cause analysis and detail tracking in order to reduce waste
Process / Products parameters collections & analysis to maintain specifications.
Quality Management System (Documentation), Quality Control (Process, product)
Skills:
Material chemistry EVA and Back sheet for solar and solar cell and solar module
Knowlwdge of EVA and backsheet process parameters
Implementing statistical process control (SPC) for maintaining Process.
Having Knowledge of metrology tools like Ellipsometer, Sherscan.
Development & Quality testing for Eva Encapsulant.
Development & Quality testing for Backsheets.
Knowledge of quality testing Equipment like Damp Heat Tester (DHT), Pressure Cooker tester (PCT), Instron machine, Laminator, Hot air oven.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
