Job Summary
The role involves overall operation under factory shed of the production facility including overseeing all factory functions and daily management of factory staff. The role will demand competence both in technical and management capabilities, with the candidate expected to have a grip on core manufacturing functions and staff management.
Responsibilities
Production Planning, Scheduling & Raw Material Planning
Handling Production, Quality, Process, PPC, Maintenance, Dispatch & logistics, stored under one roof.
Identify manufacturing defects, improve process to minimize such defects.
Keep track of orders received on daily/weekly/monthly basis and plan production and delivery schedules in line with market/sales team committed timelines
Publish timely production plans to keep management informed on committed delivery dates.
Plan raw material procurement along with purchase team to meet production delivery
Keep track of supplies and reorder quantities.
Sending daily production and weekly MIS reports with stock on hand statements to Management
Quality Control Management
Manage the Quality Control section and ensure adequate QC processes are in place as per company norms and ISO standards
Ensure manufacturing defects, if any, are identified and process changes made to minimize the same
Qualification : Any Graduate
