As part of the YouTube team, you would be leading all aspects of audience engagement, channel growth, revenue and content strategies.

Experience: 0-3 years | Location: Gurgaon

Job responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize videos on YouTube and other distribution platforms.
• Channel management like creating playlists, channel promotion and driving subscriptions.
• Content management title, description, tag and metadata creation.
• CMS Management: Handling queries related to content ID, strike etc.
• Creating strategies based on audience, trends and viewership patterns.
• Define and execute the content/creator acquisition strategy for YouTube

Qualification and Requirement

• Graduate degree/ Post Graduate degree in Mass Media/Mass Communication
• Knowledge of Entertainment industry
• Understanding of the tools and other online options available for better discovery of our videos.
• Knowledge of YouTube CMS & content ID system is must.
• Good communication skills.
• YouTube certification is a must
