Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team as Business Development Manager (FMCG, eCommerce). Lady candidate, with a two-wheeler, preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Be dedicated to expanding online retail business growth and exploring offline market development.
  • Leverage resources and techniques to optimize eCommerce Sales, Large Format Retail (Modern Trade), and Sales Management.
  • Identify and onboard new online Channel Partners for The Better Home .
  • Work closely with Business Partners and key stakeholders to implement revenue growth.
  • Consistently analyze market trends and collaborate with Internal Marketing to increase brand awareness and recall.
  • Manage the gamut of the complete sales through partners and provide periodic reports to the Business Head.
  • Ensure continuous partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Monitor inventory with partners and ensure optimal stock availability at all times.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Marketing or Foreign trade) graduate.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Manager in the Food Industry, having handled online platform sales for leading food brands.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and eCommerce, with a proven record of scaling a product.
  • Possess the aptitude to work in a fast-paced organization.
  • Active listening, negotiation, facilitation, problem-solving, and reasoning skills are essential to the role.
  • The candidate should be a great team player with exemplary interpersonal skills.
