Job Summary

We are looking at a well-groomed and dynamic personality with excellent verbal and written English communications skills having at least 2years of experience in export sales and marketing.

  • Assisting Sales Head for achieving international sales targets
  • Increasing sales and adding new customers
  • Assist in formulating strategy and planning to meet targets
  • International travel may be required for customer visits or participating in Plastics exhibition
  • Responsible for all exports related communications, documentation start and data entry of all shipments.
  • Assist the shipping manager with daily functions.
  • Sending quotations, Proforma Invoice, Invoice, MSDS, TDS, COA, Packing List other certificates etc
  • Prepare all sorts of pre-shipment documentation as per the overseas client's order (CAD/ Advcance payment/ Letter of credit) for Custom clearance
  • To get the best freight rates from shipping lines
  • Prepare docs for Freight forwarder
  • Update the overseas with the current position
  • Prepare documents for Bank, client, and other government offices to submit
  • Issuance of different certificates from different government office called Certificate of Origin and likewise
  • Must have MS office knowledge,
  • Working experience on SAP/ERP systems
  • Follow-up with Bank for post payment receipt documentation
  • Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations
  • Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exportsQ
  • Qualifications:Graduate /Diploma in exports marketing
  • Knowledge of Customs Requirements
  • Good computer skills -
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
  • Strong verbal, written communications skills in English
Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - International Sales skill with 2+ years experience
  • Required - Export Documents skill with 2+ years experience
  • Required - Chemicals / Plastic Industry skill with 2+ years experience

    • Required - Good command over Excellent Verbal And Written English
