Lead Product Manager Job in Playsimple Games

• You will lead a product team to build, manage & own the P&L for one or more games over their lifecycle.
  
• This is a hands-on leadership role that includes end-to-end ownership of theproduct strategy & roadmap, analyzing key performance metrics, writing/reviewing gamespecs, and driving business results.
  

• Quite simply, we re looking for someone who can lead a fast paced product teamfrom the front
  
• We care most about impeccable analytical skills, solid business judgment, ability to prioritize ruthlessly, and willingness to get your hands dirty
  
• We care also about your ability to lead, mentor, and nurture teams
  
• It would help if you had a strong grasp over the finer details of product design &usability
  
• It would really help if you had prior experience with mobile games, mobileconsumer products, ad monetization, user acquisition, growth strategy
  
• It would really, really help if you demonstrated product leadership in the past, alongwith a strong track record of driving successful business outcomes.
  

Requirements

• B.E in computer science and MBA preferred
  
• 8+ years of product management or relevant experience in consumer facingproducts.
  
• Mobile gaming experience is preferred
  
• Highly analytical PM background. Proven experience in data driven analysis,recommendations and actions. Experience with multivariate testing.
  
• Comfortable engaging in multiple product development aspects
  
• Previous experience in effectively partnering within a multi-disciplinaryenvironment.
  
• Experience in P&L ownership.
  
• Should have a player-first mentality, and be intensely data-driven in prioritizing andevaluating the results of all work
