Role: Recruitment Coordinator


Position Summary:


We re looking for to Recruitment coordinator join our Talent Acquisition team. It s a fast-paced, high-adrenaline job, with plenty to learn. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in building a career in the Recruitment domain and have always wanted to make things better than the best, you ll love this job.

To ensure the best interview experience is given to the candidates and thus enabling business needs to be fulfilled on time. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the business and recruiting team is supported through seamless and timely scheduling, maintenance of data, status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor s degree in any discipline or Masters in Business Administration

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment activities

  • Good communication, presentation, analytical skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must

  • A person with good influencing skills and an understanding of business priorities.

  • High energy to coordinate and execute the tasks



Requirements

What s required of you:

  • Working with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain a positive scheduling experience.

  • Schedule and manage in-person, zoom virtual interviews, presentations, and other internal meetings and interactions

  • Updating candidate status, job posting and timely update of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Tracking recruiting activities, timely responses to scheduling requests, emails, and any related correspondences

  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email

  • Effectively managing campus recruitment process

  • Develops and executes campus recruiting strategies leveraging analytics, rapid experimentation and owns outcomes for business or functional focus areas.
