PM AM Corporation has an opportunity for an Inside Sales Lead who will help us acquire new accounts by selling IT Services and Solutions to mid-sized and large US based clients. We are looking for results oriented individuals who are creative, self-starters and eager to drive success

Job description

  • Responsible for driving the full-life cycle sale to include : identifying prospects, conducting needs analysis, delivering web demonstrations, negotiating contracts and helping sales team in US closing deals.
  • Follow-up on sales leads, including trial requests and call campaigns.
  • Participate in cold calling campaigns to optimize and increase the pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis by asking good questions, listening to the needs of the prospective customer and making appropriate product recommendations.
  • Deliver informative, high-quality web demonstrations.
  • Lead and drive deals to close through contract negotiation and customer follow-up.
  • Proactively and patiently maneuver through the procurement process to ensure the deal is closed.
  • Accountable for achieving individual and team targets.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set forth by the CEO.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation and MBA will be added advantage.
  • 6-10 years of experience in sales and business development of IT Solution/Services.
  • Hard-working, results oriented, go-getter, self-driven and sharp sales skills are a must.
  • Sound tech-savvy, business acumen and the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition in a complex and evolving business environment.
  • Proficient in crafting strong value propositions, developing proposal and experienced in deal-structuring skills.
  • Strong people skills - intuitive, empathetic, influential, persuasive.
