Job Description

PM AM Corporation, a Dallas based company celebrating 21 years of success in technology is currently seeking a Project Leader for its most trusted human capital management solution with a client base of 400+ clients.

The responsibilities of this position will primarily be focused on executing the strategic plans as per the roadmap defined by the stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Act as a service delivery manager and liaison with the stakeholders on a regular basis to understand the projections and roadmap for development.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance as needed in the development of new and existing projects.
  • Actively participate in mentoring of software developers
  • Play a key role in gathering requirements, analysis, and design of new applications.
  • Adhere and assist in establishment and appropriate continuous ongoing implementation of coding standards, procedures and techniques.
  • Actively develop new applications with minimal assistance.

Required Candidate profile

  • Experience with the full Microsoft Stack (front and back-end)
  • Eight or more years of experience with object oriented (OO) methodologies and programming design pattern
  • Five or more years of experience delivering software applications.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related tools and expertise in understanding of RDBMS's and optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience of leading a team of developers and stakeholder management.
  • Should be well versed with Agile methodology.
