Research Analyst Job in Pm Am It Services Pvt Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team in scoping new potential businesses and organizations to contact
• Analyse various industry segments to understand current market structures and players
• Collaborate with the Sales and executive teams weekly to address lists of new client/customer opportunities
• Support new business efforts by working closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities that expand on client engagements, developing cases studies and participating in desk side research to inform proposals
• Familiar with lead generation software to identify approachable industries and communicate with key decision makers
• Synthesize information in a clear and concise manner - emails, letters, presentations, etc.
• Scope clients and industry in terms of software, revenue of company, market segmentations
• Create general reports and presentations, which includes data entry, chart/table creation, and analysis in Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Possesses strong research and technical expertise, demonstrates aptitude for strategic thinking and problem solving
• Advanced or Fluent in English communication (verbal and written)
• Graduate degree (Masters) in Marketing, Economics, Business or related field
• 4-5 years market research experience
• Familiarity and understanding of IT space
• Experience using lead generation software (ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, or something similar)
• Team player with positive work ethic and can accommodate with team based in U.S
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferably with an eye toward presentation design
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize/manage multiple deadlines within a project scope and budget
• Curiosity to know and understand complex business challenges and apply various research approaches
