Responsibilities
Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnership relationships with stakeholders.
Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Manage partnership agreements and ensure alignment between partners’ goals and outcomes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives.
Gather and analyze data on partnership performance and present findings to management.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and relationship management.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote partnership opportunities.
Facilitate training and development sessions for partners to enhance collaboration.
Provide regular updates on partnership progress and adjustments to strategies as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in partnership management or business development.
Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and achieving business goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and market trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
