Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile : Candidate should be retired from Indian Army - Rank Naib Subedar.

Roles and Responsibilities :

(Administration ) -

• Liaison with local civil administration
• Efficient management of hospitality requirement
• Supervision of housekeeping staff
• Supervision and management of canteen and change room
• Management of conference hall and organizing of company function ie Communication meeting
• Maintenance of proper hygienic condition of plant

Security -

• To provide a secure working environment in the company by establishing sound protective measure towards loss prevention, Access Control and personal security
• Regulate the movement of vehicle inside the plant
• Monitor the entry / exit of inward material and dispatch of outward material
• To prevent theft and damage to the company property
• Traffic control and parking of vehicles and carry out search and frisking at Gates
• Monitoring of CCTV cameras and other security equipments
• Responsible for leading Disaster Management and Emergency Response Team in case of emergency inside plant
• To carry out various types of audit of Safety system , fire extinguishers, hose reels ,fire hydrant system and maintaining of record of fire extinguisher refilling etc.
• Imparting periodically training to security supervisors and security guards especially for operation of HHMD, DFMD and other security equipments. Official correspondence of various nature.
• Proper maintain security guard duty roster
• Acting as a coordinator with the Police Station, Fire Station and nearest hospital.

Candidate should have knowledge of computer.
