Key Tasks/Activities:

  • Collection and consolidation of market information
  • Finalising productwise monthly targets
  • Developing Sales Plans for the team and monitoring performance
  • Plan and carry out meeting with key customers
  • Preparing plan for periodic customer meets
  • Tracking customer enquiries
  • Initiate Vehicle requirement proposals
  • Carryout periodic performance reviews and initiate corrective actions
  • Plan and organise training for the team/customers

Person Specifications, including Competencies

  • Degree/ PG in any Discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in sales
  • Exposure in Sales of Commercial Vehicles will be an added advantage
  • Pleasing personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Interactive skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Self driven
