Job Summary

As a part of Key Account Associate you will be part of a young & dynamic team that is changing the way restaurant operates. We are a SAAS company focussed on continuous growth & expansion with clear target of building a strong technology that can create a never ending impact on the Restaurant Industry. We are looking for Competitive, High Energy individuals who have the entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to succeed.

You will be responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage account planning.
  • Identify and prioritize accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic value and renewal timeframe
  • Advise clients on the most effective ways to use the POSist Products.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction scores(NPS), manage customer health status and adherence to tickets SLAs.
  • Through collaboration with Product/Tech teams, provide consulting services for a specific set of customers and maximize their ROI. Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
  • Identify and build Up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within your existing accounts and, taking EBR s on the annual basis.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal team/individuals for the best interest of the customer (engineering, sales, etc.)

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytics and reporting skills.
  • Good negotiations and retention skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience at the same role and in Software Company.
  • Exposure to Hospitality is an Added Advantage.
  • Previous Experience in a Cloud Based Solution is an added advantage.


Qualification :
Any Graduate / Under Graduate, MBA in Management/Sales
Experience Required :

1 to 5 Year
