Job profile: Have to resolve customer query through voice call

Qualification : Graduation onwards

Mandatory Criteria:

-Must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skill

-Should have a typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

-Should be between 18 to 40 Years

Mandatory system requirement for Work from Home:

-Must have a Laptop/Desktop

-Must have Broadband/Wi-Fi

-Must have licensed version of Windows 10

-Must have updated antivirus

-Must have 4 GB ram

-Must have noise cancellation headphone

Other requirement:

-Customer centric, Patience

-Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts

-No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining

-9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
