Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and support regular business reporting.
  • Identify and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes when possible.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry, e.g., healthcare, e-commerce, fintech].
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
