We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who has substantial experience in the hospital HMS domain, and deep understanding of a hospitals business processes & evaluates processes at a Hospital/Corporate to facilitate the smooth implementation of Insta HMS

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Configuration of the server and certificate creation with the help of IT staff.

2. Creation of training schema and live schema with the help of IT staff.

3. Managing customer engagement.

4.Team working with Project Managers/Consultants and technical staff (IT team, Customisation team, Development team, Sales Team).

5. Provide Customer training.

6. Explaining master data to customers and collecting the required data.

7. Deals with data validation and uploading.

8. Responsible for parallel run and sign off for Go live.

9. Implementing the product and providing post go live technical support for certain period of time.

10. Receives final sign off from customer.

11. To virtually introduce the customer to the central support team and handing over all the documents of the customer to the central support team.

12.They also conduct review training for any new staff.

13. Substantial travel to meet directly with clients and implement the product.
