Role and Responsibilities

• Analysis of requirements that are being handed over to find the most optimal solution within given constraints.
• Work closely with product managers and senior engineers to understand the business and build great solutions
• Write UT cases so that the codebase you are going to maintain system stability and documentation
• Enable other organisation functions wherever necessary
• Implement best practices and constantly learn new ways of keeping codebases upto date.
• Review code from other engineers and give meaningful feedback
• Learn more ways of writing efficient code and try out your learnings

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of design & development experience in PHP / Python
• Should be comfortable with MySQL or any RDBMS
• Strong programming skills
• A good product thinking, which allows you to assess the requirements from the users standpoint.
• Understanding of Database internals, data structures and OS internals.
• Good knowledge and experience in AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
