Experience:

• At least 2 years hands on experience in designing solutions for MS Dynamics CRM (should be recent experience)
• At least 2 years hands on .Net development experience
• Requirements Analysis, Design, Deployment, Client Interaction experience
• Hands on experience of playing role of Tech Lead
• Hardware Sizing and Enterprise Architecture Planning
• Presenting customer demos / workshops, coordinating and validating the effort estimation

Preferable skills:

• Excellent business communication skills (written/Oral)
• Provide technical expertise for the Dynamics CRM and Microsoft development technologies and environments.
