Designation: Associate Manager - Marketing

Location: Vadodara

Job Purpose:

As an International Marketing Specialist, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive international sales and profitability. This role involves identifying new markets and customers, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams to align marketing and sales objectives to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning: Develop product-wise business plans to achieve targeted sales and profitability in international markets.
  • Marketing Strategy: Create and implement marketing strategies in line with the company s business plan to boost product sales and market share.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new markets and potential customers for targeted products, working to increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Branding & Reach: Manage the branding of the company and its products, ensuring effective outreach and communication to target customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing retention strategies to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Product & Market Knowledge: Develop in-depth product, industry, and market knowledge to position the company's products effectively.
  • New Applications: Identify new applications for existing products and explore innovative ways to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Forecasting & Lead Management: Provide timely sales positions based on market intelligence, and manage leads, inquiries, and orders efficiently.
  • Customer Retention: Increase the share of contractual customers by identifying newer value propositions and delivering customer-centric plans.
  • Order & Risk Management: Review order risks, manage risk-return ratios, and ensure timely and quality product delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and periodically review the performance of the team, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, risk, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Market Representation: Represent the company in international markets, cultivating partnerships and agreements to augment sales.
  • Receivables Management: Ensure timely receivable management and coordinate with finance for smooth operations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels through effective redressal.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Com/BBA/B.E./B.Tech + MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience: Proven experience in international marketing and business development, with a strong focus on sales, customer relations, and market expansion.
