Responsibilities:

• Managing Team.
• Candidates should have good knowledge about IT or Non IT recruitment.
• Handling end to end recruitment.
• Key part of the management team.
• Maintaining high levels of performance.
• Maintaining MIS Excel.
• Create an engaging and fun environment through recognition of team performance and reinforcing positive behavior.
• Motivating & supporting other team members.
• Maintaining the quality and effectiveness of their team by measuring staff engagement.
• Communicating business priorities throughout the business.
• Growing market through business development.

• Has a proven track record as a high performer
