Estate Maintenance Supervisor Job in Pratapgarh Farms & Resorts

The Supervisor will coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair work of buildings including civil work, plumbing (including water supply, sanitary and sewage), woodwork, painting and air-conditioning, kitchen appliances, electric supply equipment and appliances. The supervisor will also be responsible for maintenance of Security Apparatus, Automobiles, tractors and other agriculture, farm equipment and other machinery. Supervisor shall be responsible for Complete estate management of campus including plantation & gardening and planting. Supervisor shall supervise a team of 6-8 workers and additional casual labor. Further responsibilities will include keeping a record of maintenance work while maintaining inventory and proper tools and equipment to ensure proper storage. Will be expected to drive two wheelers/ four wheelers.
