Job Summary
Job Profile:
Pratiti Technologies is an innovative software company that focuses on the development of products built using digital technologies such as cloud, IoT, AR/VR and AI/ML.
Responsibilities:
You would completely lead and own the development of a new-age product, from handling customer conversations, to taking architectural decisions, to leading the team from the front and making sure we deliver a world class product.
- Actively contribute and participate in design and architecture discussions
- Lead Agile Sprint planning sessions and daily standups
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Write well designed testable, efficient code, and ensure that the designs comply with specifications.
- Optimize & effectively manage resources and time of the team members
- Identify, track and mitigate risks to the product/application
- Promote continuous process improvement especially in code quality, test ability & reliability
Qualifications / Skills:
- 6+ years of overall software development experience
- At least 3+ years of experience ineitherof these technologies:
(A) Java and SpringBoot
(B) C# and .net
(C) HTML, CSS, Javascript and one framework such as Angular or ReactJS
- Experience of NoSQL databases and one Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) would be a strong added advantage
- Knowledge and experience adhering to software development life cycle best practices, unit testing subject area, agile development, and CI/CD strategies
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA / MCS /MSc
