  • Able trouble shoot VPN, Office 365 etc Assist support staff with some field work Support end-point network connectivity installation and troubleshooting Provide phone provisioning and support including phone deployment and basic phone system administration IT Bar like support desk Order equipment, new Team member onboarding training.
  • Communicate and interact with the other team members or colleagues to ensure coordination and cross-training.
  • Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1, L2 and L3 levels and Managing backup and recovery.
